Chamomile (Chamaemelum Nobile) is one of most enchanting garden plants. Their fragrance fills the spaces surrounding greenery and joy to the Tiller. The infusion of its leaves, flowers and stems, is effective against digestive problems and also to the many suffering children.

Chamomile lotion

Have a cup of water and a tablespoon of dried chamomile or a handful of flowers. Bring to a boil and when the water has taken the color of the plant, remove from heat. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Strain and add 3 ml of alcohol at 90 degrees of concentration. Put it in a spray bottle and keep in the refrigerator until you set out to use it.

Home spread this lotion on the skin has a proven moisturizing effect.
