The Hair is Easily Damaged By Dyes

Do not wash your hair every day. The truth is that no one would notice. The hair needs its natural oils to stay healthy. Ideally brother wash it just looks greasy.

Heat
Do not use heat every day. Avoids words straighten or curl hair every day. Use different hairstyles to give hair a rest.

Shampoo
Use a shampoo for your hair type but avoid leaving hair squeaky clean. Try using very hot water and use cold water almost to the last rinse to give it more shine.

Brush
Brush your hair several times to the natural oils from the scalp to the tips. This will give you shine and a natural conditioner. The hundred brushed every night are not necessary.
